Boat Harbour
The common name till it was officially gazetted Bellingen in 1870. This village is about 30km south west of Coffs Harbour.

Bongil Bongil
Also known as Bonville (a pseudo French gentility?) ; it was renamed Sawtell in 1927 in honour of a local landowner. It is about 7km south of Coffs Harbour.

Korff's Harbour
Named for Captain John Korff who disembarked ceder cutters here in 1847. It is now called Coffs Harbour on the New South Wales nourh coast.
